I would like to thank all participating stores and volunteers. Every toy dropped in a bin for me helps me to honor the memory of baby Evan. My first Christmas without my child, I personally was lost. I took toys to the cemetery and dropped them in the snow for my deceased son. The following year instead of taking toys to be ruined, we chose to donate and thought if we had a few donation bins, our donation would go further. We had only a few participating stores. We took toys to Akron Childrens hospital that first year. The next year we added more locations and took to New Beginnings Parenting Resource Center. In 2022, we blessed the Ronald McDonald House and doubled the amount of locations. Year 4 we did our own drive for local foster agencies. Year 5, we repeated and thjs year we added schools, sister organization and wish list children. Each year it grew and this year we had 60 stores. We could not have done it without our friend in Jess Kindel She believes in us and helps us through Dollar General stores and she always has.
